Small Group and Discipleship Consultation

What do we do when many of our people find it difficult to engage with small groups? Family, shift work, long hours and travel times can discourage people getting together during the week. Urban life is becoming more demanding. We need to disciple and care for people effectively. What sort of structure is required? What sort of leadership? Our goal is to see if we can come to some shared conclusions, as being able to train leaders together would be an asset to the network.
