We are ministering in a cross-cultural melting pot of languages, lifestyles, nationalities and cultures. What are the issues faced by those coming from overseas to work with us? What challenges do they grapple with and how have they adapted and learned to minister in this city? How do their insights help us as we seek to minister amongst internationals and the many ethnic minorities in our city? How can we learn from their experiences and better facilitate workers coming to this metropolis?
