Ministry in a Multi-Cultural Context.   As the cultural demographics of people attending church in the UK continues to shift, how can we as church leaders serve our congregations with cultural intelligence and awareness? If our churches are to function in a way that acts as a beacon to the rest of society, we need to explore the intersection of multiculturalism and church leadership. Born in Zimbabwe, Washington Gwenzi will be drawing on some of his own experiences as a Church Leader in the UK to discuss how theological and cultural views can help leaders in creating diverse and welcoming church communities.
