Babel reversed? Communication challenges in the multicultural Kingdom

Why do cross-cultural teams often bounce between being wonderful expressions of the Kingdom, and absolute train wrecks? Drawing on the work of psychologist Geert Hofstede (as expressed in his Cultural Dimensions Theory), and Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell, we will explore some of the perils and potentials in embodying a culture where there is “neither Jew nor Greek”.
